The site owner and the controller of personal data processing is the legal entity whose particulars are set out below. All enquiries relating to data processing are to be directed to the e-mail address indicated.

The site contains no registration or subscription forms. There are two request forms: the demonstration bearing request on the “Demonstration” page and the “Where to buy” request in the catalog for countries not on the list; the terms of processing request data are set out in the section “Consent to the processing of request data” below. No accounts are created, no visitor files are accepted, no payments are handled.

The site is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages platform (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Requests are processed on the servers of the provider's global network, therefore request data leave the territory of Ukraine. The provider acts as a processor on the controller's instructions. Data are transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare, Inc. participates.

Fonts, images and the interactive model are hosted on the site itself. Only the request forms’ protection against automated submissions (Turnstile) and the visit counter (Web Analytics) are loaded from third-party Cloudflare servers.

The basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining the operability and security of the site and in counting visits in aggregated form. The site sets no cookies.

Access logs are retained by the hosting provider no longer than the period established by its policy.

The “Demonstration” page carries a demonstration bearing request form, and the catalog carries a “Where to buy” request form for countries not on the list. By submitting a form, the applicant consents to the processing of the data it contains: in the bearing request, company name, country, name, e-mail address or telephone, purpose and quantity; in the “Where to buy” request, country, name, e-mail address or telephone and product; in both, the comment where filled in.

Request data are used to communicate on that request and are not transferred to third parties. Providers of e-mail and message delivery act as processors on the controller's instructions. Request data are kept by the controller until the correspondence on the request is completed, but no longer than three years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. Consent is withdrawn and request data are deleted on request to the e-mail address indicated in the particulars.

The request forms are checked by the Cloudflare Turnstile service to protect them against automated submissions; the service is not used for advertising or for tracking visitors.

The data subject has the right to request information on the processing of their data, its rectification or erasure, to restrict the processing or object to it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at their place of residence or of the alleged infringement.

A request is to be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the particulars. A reply is provided within the period established by the applicable legislation.

The scenes and animations of the site illustrate a model of the process; their parameters are notional and are not a physical calculation.

Rights to test documents belong to the organisations that signed them. The site gives short descriptions and measurements from them; the original documents are available on request.
